Prayer request

Haiz.. I hope you guys read this post. My friend named Meng Yee has been going through tough spots. Now she's decided to give up her faith... I have little to say.. But, i really dont know what to do besides pray. hope you guys keerp her in your prayers.

Prayer requests!

- Test results are coming back in, already very disappointed with some of my grades, pray that I'll focus more on studies and work on time management.

- Drama SYF! Drama SYF is in less than two weeks for me, pray not only for myself, but the cast and crew as a whole. Keep everyone in good health (I've gotten really sick and am still recovering), and help us to support each other with the days counting down. Tensions are running high, pray that everyone will give their best and not have any regrets.

- Start of Students' Council term. Very very soon (end of April), I'll "officially" become a Councillor in VJC, and just keep me and the Council in prayer. It's really a demanding position, but one worthy of holding, because that's really where the leading and changing can be made.

1)good time management

applying for a South asian internship during my coming 3 months break.

i'm supposed to return for my army attachment but i want to do something different and interesting for my last long break in uni. 

i have little qualifications and background knowledge for the internship and it's really God's grace if i get chosen. 

pray that God will grant me favour with the people who select the interns.

Hello All, Again. Compulsary blog post!!hahaha very funny. i see the msg i laugh. veh cute.

OK.

1. Thanks giving. Instead of getting into the STARGAZERS ( ASTRO CLUB), I got into Editorial! haha. The one i tried out for in the first place! Thank God. I guess he prefers me not to look at the stars. hm. haha.

2. Pray for the CJC SHoP. That the members would have a common purpose and goal. For Revival in CJ, and not some morning gathering mainly to cover each other in prayer, i mean that is good, but its not the main thing.

3. Pray for time management, this week is like CA week, and it does have weightage on PROMOS, and honestly, im still not 100% in my study mode and all. So yup!

Yeah, everyone post leh. hahaha.

Canoeing... is tough lah.
Would you just pray for:

1. Extra strength to give my all in everything I do (really need this to work out, academic-wise)

2. Added ability to be salt and light in SR

3. Thank God for lots of Christian friends surrounding me in SR (Like 70-80% of the class is Christian, also a lot of Christian Canoeists too)

4. The SHoP in my school is held on Friday mornings, and I usually have land training in the morning before school begins (touch-ruggers, runners, etc, too) So really need a better-suited time for SHoP for everyone...

5. And I train at Macritchie on Wednesdays and Fridays from 3.45-7ish. This means it's going to be near impossible for me to be able to rush down for worship practice on the days I'm due to drum. So thank God my coach is Christian, hopefully can work out something with her where I can still rush down to Bedok. (Will need a 1 hour journey at least, though)

Still, let's thank God for wherever, whatever we are and whatever He has in store for us.

More Prayer (requests)

Hi guys, you may have already received Joel's sms some time back about my mother's slipped disc giving her really bad back pains, and just keep her in prayer. Especially because my brother is returning from an overseas trip so that's one more person in the house she has to look after and take care of. Also, just pray that I'll give my best in the last few days coming up before my common tests... I've got lots of projects to finish, so not much time to revise my work, and I'm quite apprehensive! Pray that'll I'll just give it my best though, really want to start off the school year well. I've also been accepted into the Students' Council in my school, so I thank God for that:) Its really a position in which you can impact the school. Oh yeh, and I'm still really worried about my tests:( Haha... oh well!

3. Get into astronomy club. HAHA. hey, they are called stargazers okay.
4. Thank God that i had a safe run at the cross country today. 60th place. HAHA. last rankable rank.They position you up to 60 only. Then the rest wont know their position muahaha.
5. Thank God for the many new pre-believeing friends he placed around each and eveyone of us.

Dunno about the rest of you guys, but I have major exams in just two weeks! Something like mid-years, we're tested on stuff all the way from IP1 up to what we learn next week! Argh!! Pray that I'll use my time wisely and not be distracted in class or at home:) And also give my full attention and discipline so that I can honor God with the results I get, and not feel so lousy for not putting in my best:) Haha ok..!!! You guys better post too! Before the week starts.. then we'll all be busy haha:(
